Julia Roberts was caught delivering groceries to the house of an unnamed old woman along 60th St. in Guttenberg, West NY.
Witnesses John and Kerri Goldberg weren't expecting to see the superstar that morning
when they decided to take a short drive down to the grocery to buy some stuff.
Kerri was absolutely starstruck the moment she recognized the woman pushing the
grocery cart. "Oh my gosh! That's Julia Roberts!"
Roberts was just wearing jeans and shirt and big sunglasses as she casually pushed her grocery cart. When John and Kerri looked at where she was going, they saw an old woman waiting for her at the doorstep of the house on 60th St. "The woman looked happy to see Julia. And Julia was just… so pretty!" gushed Kerri.
When Julia saw John and Kerri, she smiled and waved at them. "Kerri almost died on the spot", says John. "We weren't expecting Julia to even look our way. But she did, and not only that, she smiled and waved at us. I am just so amazed at how down to earth she is. And to bring groceries to that old woman, oh, Julia is just divine!"
What they didn’t know
was that Julia was just shooting a movie that day. The action movie “Revenge of
the Grocery Cart” is slated to be shown early next year.
