Acupuncture Helped Me Get Pregnant

Mariah Carey said in an exclusive interview that it
was Acupuncture that helped her get pregnant.
"After suffering a miscarriage following my wedding to Nick (Cannon), we tried many known methods for me to get pregnant. None of them worked," says Carey.
"I did some research and I found out that during each menstrual cycle, one of my ovaries releases an egg in a process called ovulation. This egg moves toward my uterus through my fallopian tubes, where fertilization may take place. An unfertilized egg may live for up to 12 hours. The egg will be shed later during my menstrual period if it

isn't fertilized. They said that a woman like me is most likely to become pregnant if sexual intercourse takes place just before or just after ovulation," adds Mariah.
"And so
before and after my ovulation, we tried the rhythm method, withdrawal, and we
even tried the IUD. They didn't help me get pregnant at all!"
It was at this point that Mariah went to her favorite temple to pray, and by sheer luck, she met a chinese mystic who is an expert in the art of using Acupuncture to get pregnant.
This mystic was apparently the one who helped Kate Gosselin, Nadya Suleman (a.k.a Octomom), and Angelina Jolie bear their many offspring.
"I was advised to first take progesterone, a hormone that is often prescribed to boost fertility and support or help maintain pregnancy in women susceptible to miscarriage," Mariah discloses. "This is to prepare my body to withstand the rigorous Acupuncture sessions that I am going to go through with Nick in order for me to get pregnant."
This Acupuncture method however, is slightly different from the traditional one that is being practiced by many today. Traditional Acupuncture is when needles are inserted in strategic locations all over the body. Mariah and Nick's Acupuncture is simpler.
"Nick just inserted a hard object inside my body many times, until the hard object became soft. He "Acupunctured" me every day, sometimes twice or three times a day. And it worked!"
With their baby due in spring, Carey says it still "amazes" her she's going to have Cannon's child. "He's a great person, and we have more in common than not. Thanks to Acupuncture!"
