Swift, country music's latest prodigy and singing sensation and winner of
numerous awards including 4 Grammys and 7 from the American Music Awards got a
little "lost" last night during her concert at the Staples Center, Los Angeles.
Swift, hailed as "one of the most talented, young performers on the country charts today" and praised for doing "a fabulous job of blending modern country with the traditional", started her sold out concert really well. The crowd immensely enjoyed her music and the night was set to be a success. No one could have predicted that it would end the way it did last night.

The concert
was well almost on its half-time mark when it happened. Swift, after a quick
costume change, came out again to perform
her hit single You Belong With Me.
The familiar beat started and the crowd cheered as Taylor swayed with the beat,
took a deep breath and started singing:

before the chorus, Taylor suddenly stopped, looking confused. She looked
briefly at someone in the crowd and when she continued the song, strange lyrics
came out of her mouth:

crowd completely fell silent as it became apparent that Taylor Swift has
forgotten the lyrics to her own song. She was making up completely different
lyrics.

Swift couldn't sing the rest of the song anymore. The crowd was beginning to
get noisy. Then, thinking swiftly, Taylor raised her arms and let the crowd
smell her armpits. Next, she Taylor took off her clothes and bared her bikini
butt to the crowd. Finally, she showed them her flower. The crowd went wild.
Then Taylor walked out of the stage and went straight to the dressing room and refused
to come out. The organizers had no choice but to refund half of the ticket cost
to those who attended (because Taylor was able to finish about half of her
concert).
The
people who watched went home wondering what caused Taylor to forget her lyrics,
and to do the crazy things that she did during the concert.
The organizers explained that Taylor plans to release a statement explaining her actions last night, but she will probably do that tomorrow since she's not feeling well today.
Why did Taylor forget the lyrics of her own song? Why did she let the crowd smell her armpits? Why did she took off her clothes? And why did she show everyone her flower? Answers will be revealed tomorrow!
